Parents are always keen to see what has been going on in school and what their child has been involved in. You can display this information to parents by using a Calendar widget for upcoming events. External events can also be displayed which may be of interested to parents - for example, college open days (below).

Whilst an event is taking place, you can upload images and video using FrogSnap so parents can follow along with the day. This will also allow them to like and comment on photos if you give them 'contribute' rights.
